The journey of Natura Wood Floors began with a passion for wood and a deep understanding of the flooring industry. As an experienced wood floor installer, I was often tasked with colour matching existing wood flooring samples for clients. This hands-on experience ignited my curiosity about the intricacies of wood flooring production and fuelled my desire to craft high-quality engineered wood products that would surpass industry standards.

Prior to venturing into making handcrafted engineered wood flooring , I established Deca Design Flooring, a successful carpet & flooring retailer based in Cheltenham that specialized in luxury flooring products such as Roger Oates stair runners. Unfortunately, a devastating flood led to the closure of the showroom. However, this setback proved to be an opportunity for growth and redirection. With over two decades of experience in the flooring trade, starting as an apprentice in carpets and flooring, I decided to channel my expertise into creating a unique engineered wood flooring company that would combine my retail experience with my installation knowledge.
